RS exterior and interior badging with blackout accent on the grille, roof rails, and moldings. Distinguishing interior cues include a three-spoke, flat-bottom steering wheel, headrest details, and a jet-black theme throughout the whole vehicle with red accents. RS stitching in the headrests & blackout accents are a personal favorite of mine! Now standard second-row one-touch power-folding seats to assist in the much-improved access to the third-row seating. Unique suspension tuning for a very sportier ride and great handling on any trip planned. Walk-up lighting animations will greet you as you approach your vehicle with an enabled key. Panoramic Dual-Glass Sunroof with a power sunshade comes standard with the RS. All Traverse trims will come equipped with the updated Buckle to Drive feature that requires the front passengers to buckle their seat belts before the vehicle can be driven. Along with the updated Buckle to Drive feature, the Rear seat belt reminder is new as well which alerts you if a passenger in the second or third row has taken off their seat belt or has not buckled their seat belt before the vehicle started moving. The instrument panel is now lower than previous models to enhance outward visibility and updating the instrument panel to the technology forward ethos 17.7-inch diagonal for a more spacious feeling. The standard 17.7-inch diagonal color touchscreen has the best in class updated to the technology forward ethos and is lower than previous models for more of an outward visibility and spacious feeling. The best-in-class max cargo capacity for the 2024 Traverse is 98 cubic feet with even more versatility for cargo and passenger seating. LS trim will come standard with an 8-passenger seating and second and third-row bench seats. The LT, Z71, and RS trims will come standard with the 7-passenger seating and 8-passenger seating configurations will be available with the LT trim. The 2024 Chevrolet Traverse will be available in early 2024 and will be produced at the GM Lansing Delta Township Facility in Michigan. On August 7 th, 2022, the Senate passed the “Inflation Reduction Act” which is an amended version of the $790 billion tax and spending bill. The legislation is looking to be considered by the House on Friday, August 12 th with a high expectation to pass as the vote in the senate passed 51-50. President Biden has stated he will sign the bill into law possibly early next week with the bill including an important change for the section 30D federal electric vehicle (EV) tax credit. Even though the tax credit program does not go into effect until the first of January 2023, a new requirement will go into effect immediately upon the enactment. The mandatory requirement for the up to $7,500 federal tax credit is the electric vehicle (EV) will need to have its final assembly within the U.S., Mexico, or Canada. Once the bill has been signed, if the final assembly was completed outside of North America without an already written bonded contract to purchase in place, the vehicle no longer qualifies for the tax credit. When looking at this vehicle, you just cannot help how beautifully designed GM has created this vehicle. Its first impression is not a dull one, to say the least. GM’s Ultrium Platform has provided a lower, longer & wider stance for a sporty look on the Blazer EV but with a performance of a Corvette. This vehicle received a lot of inspiration from Chevy’s sports cars and performance. The Blazer EV will be joining the Silverado EV and the Equinox EV for the fast-growing EV family that Jerry’s Chevrolet of Baltimore can’t wait to have on our lot for our customer to make their next vehicle. Providing many trim options and multiple range options as well, there is a fit for all lifestyles with this vehicle. The Blazer EV will carry with all advanced standard Chevy Safety Assist of Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning and IntelliBeam, Following Distance Indicator, and Front Pedestrian Braking. Adding to the list of the Chevy Safety Assist are the Reverse Automatic Braking and Advanced Park Assist. Going into the interior features, you can’t miss the feeling of being the pilot of your own vehicle with the 17.7-inch diagonal color touchscreen as the focal point and accompanied by the large 11-inch diagonal color Driver Information Center as the instrument cluster. With a two-row layout, the Blazer EV creates a ton of space and storage for your passengers for both short and longer trips.
