I had a good experience, but can I make a suggestion… When you schedule an appointment for a specific repair problem, it would be great if they had the parts available when you arrive to get the service done. It is unsettling to have to wait for part to come and then to be told you may have to keep your vehicle overnight, after you’ve waited a while.

I connected with the General Manager, Jason George. He was helpful and went above and beyond in the process. Because their Equinox EV inventory was all painted black, he arranged an exchange with a Virginia dealer to secure a white car with SuperCruise that I desired. The pricing was straightforward and competitive, with no haggling, hidden fees, or unwanted add-ons. The sales representative, Adula Carr, was helpful throughout the process, even picking me up from Penn Station on the day I took delivery. He explained the car's features and its infotainment system. I felt comfortable and confident before driving off the lot. I am happy with my new Equinox EV! It is so much better than the old-fashioned internal combustion engine cars! In short, Jerry's Chevrolet's excellent customer service and transparent process made this purchase pleasant. I highly recommend them.

My car was kept by the dealership for 5 days before the repair was made. I took the car in on a Monday morning and the repair was not completed until Friday afternoon. During the repair the housing of the thermostat was damaged by an employee and I was charged for the replacement, adding $80 to my total out of pocket cost. I didn't have the patience to dispute it once I got the call that my car was ready for pick up.

First, I received emails stating my appointment was at 7:30 and then a second one stated 8:00. It was actually 7:30. But that did not matter, my car was not taken for service until 8:15....I saw it being driven into the shop. Then crickets for a little over an hour....then I get a text that it is recommended that I get a front end alignment and new tires....almost 1400.00. So I have to go find a service advisor because no one must have come to work that day, including techs....she is helpful but seems to be the only person actually working. Decline the service and they will bring your car out and you can pay, she tells me. So I wait and wait some more. She has to go over to the shop to get my car to come out for me. So including my time waiting as the third person in line, I arrived about 7:15AM....I did not leave until I think 9:45AM. Way too long for an oil change, tire rotation, and muti-point inspection....oh, and the cost was $84.00. Not the best customer experience. Something has to change with Saturday service....some of us want to go to the dealership for service and can't take off during the week to get things done.

I had an issue of being charged for a tire rotation when my contract is for a GM certified vehicle. This afforded me a life time of tire rotation for free. Additionally, the manager, Jason was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked for a copy of my contract. Additionally, I requested the owner’s information and I was told that I could not have it because he doesn’t call people back. Maryland Law indicated that patrons have the right to that information upon request. Also, the stores licenses are not posted in the store and they are supposed to be where anyone can see them.

Was given a Saturday 9 am appointment for a tire rotation and EV inspection Upon arrival I am notified that the only EV technician on site that can inspect my Bolt does not work on Saturdays but they still can do the tire rotation. After 2 hours of waiting I ask for my vehicle to be returned since i have appointments elsewhere. After 2 1/2 hours my vehicle is finally returned supposedly with the tires rotated. Why I was given an appointment to inspect my Chevy Bolt on the only day that no EV technician is on site? Why I was given a 9 am appointment and still take 2 and 1/2 hours to perform a simple tire rotation? This is not the kind of service I am looking for.

Thanks for the quick turnaround with the software update, it completely resolved the PowerBase issue. OnStar module still seems to loose service sporadically and comes back even in areas with known coverage. Strangely the loss of vehicle connectivity seems to occur more often when HV battery is charged to 100% but not every time, this is of course in preparation for long trip...

Lauren was fine, as well as the tech #7957. My issue is that I was charged $43.67 for shop supplies. At most, the technician needed to use a couple latex gloves to remove and install the sensor that is wrenched into the exhaust pipe. Does that amount seem reasonable? I understand the reason for shop supply fees, but that is extreme for 1 part to be screwed in. I can be reached at 410-499-3373 to discuss an appropriate adjustment.

The technician tried to find the issue I indicated was happening. He was not able to duplicate the situation. However he determined part of the situation involved the sensor in the keyfab. So they instructed me to photo the issue next time it occurs. Then they will try and duplicate it. Meanwhile they ordered new key fobs. When I returned the person who could program the key fob was gone for the day. I had to return the next day to have the keyfob program. Then I was told that the manager was the only one who could program the spare key fob and I had to return on another day. The issue was resolved.

I came in for a tire service which never happened the entire 2 hours I was there waiting. My tire had a screw stuck In the tire that would require it being replaced. Upon my arrival for my scheduled appointment, I did inform the check in young lady that I was contacted that I was due for an oil change. So that was added to my service request. Later I was told the technician said my coolant needed to be refilled and my break fluid was an off color and should be replaced. I declined both. After waiting an extensive amount of time and asking the lady at the desk how much longer it was going to take, a tech came out and was speaking to the lady. I was then called over and asked if I wanted the tires rotated. My response was no after 2 hours I’m ready to go. The technician then walked back into the shop. I continued waiting while standing in the entrance area. Finally my car was brought out, I paid my bill and left. Upon leaving my job yesterday the same tire was extremely low and the same screw was still in the same place on the same tire that was NEVER REPAIRED or REPLACED AT YOUR BUSINESS.

Wes was great - very fair and knowledgeable. I recommend him highly. When I walked in I was a little disappointed because there was nobody in the service lane as compared to my previous experience at this dealership when 2 or more attendants were available. Please hire some more valets. And also when I walked in looking lost the other service advisors seemed to avoid eye contact and I did not feel acknowledged until I found my service advisor Wes. I have had 4 vehicles serviced here (including my previous 2010 lancer Mitsubishi) over the years but lately service reception has gone down. Showroom also looks a little rundown and empty.

I came in for an oil change. Was told I needed an engine and cabin filter-find. Now from 65$ to 239.70-Fine.I was told that my tire monitoring system was not working. There would an additional 200+ dollars to find which sensor was not working. I declined. I went home and did some research. called the service manager and brought the car back. They re-checked the system-all sensors working- reset the system-needed air in the left back tire, that was supposed to have been checked and up to par already. end of story.

Was not happy that I had them check my front passenger tire cause i have to fill it on a daily basis and they tell me they cant fix it cause its already been patched and they cant repatch a patch. Mind you this was improperly patched the original time it was repaired cause I was still putting air in the same tire. This seems to be the fault of whomever patched it in the shop at Jerrys. They than told me that they did not do the tire rotation because of the tread left on my tires. I checked my tires and there seems to be plenty of tread left on them for now. When a customer requests what they want done you should do it. Im really irritated & dissapointed that they did not repair the leak in the tire cause you could have patched around the origianl patch or replugged it. This was my last free oil change/tire rotation and I feel they really owe me another service as this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at this service location.

I arrived at 3pm due a 3:30pm scheduled appointment. I drove my car to the service lane, let left in car, told by attendant to have a seat in the waiting area. Almost 4:30pm and i get an email and text message that my appt was just rescheduled for the same time of 3:30. No one had checked my car in. People were leaving before me that arrived after me. When they finally finish my car the service rep said he had no idea what took place,; no aikido or anything. Horrible customer service. The only apology i received was from the cashier who had nothing to do with the poor practices of this location. A simple oil change took almost 2 hours, no tire rotation, no balancing of tires, just an oil change. And a service ticket that had no car history listed. I purchased the car there and have received all services there..... poor service.

I didn't get the service I thought I would get. I took my car in because it wouldn't start. They said I needed a battery but I also needed a starter. I had just gotten a new battery and called back to tell them to keep my battery because I could take it back to auto zone and they would replace the battery and I figured they would put in the starter. It started when i went out to get it but the next day it wouldn't start. After $495.00 later I still have a car that would not start. I had to have my car towed back to the dealership to get a starter now. I had never had this happen before

Service was terrible. We've been coming to jerry's for 4 years and this by far is the worst experience we have ever had. Check engine light came on and brought my car in to get serviced. I explained to an associate that my coolant was leaking and it needs to be checked. My car sat for 2 days no phone call. I called and asked was it ready to be picked up, they said no it would be ready the following day. Following day i was told it was the cap for the coolant reservoir. It would be around $10. The total for part and diagnostics would be around $176. I paid and picked up my car. A day later i go grocery shopping and coolant is leaking everywhere. I'm highly upset because i know for sure no diagnostics was ran because it should have been found during diagnostics. Slap a cap on and fix the problem is exactly what was done. I'm never getting service done here again. I'll go somewhere else.

I brought my car in without an appointment due to the sensor for the tires reading incorrectly. The attendant took my car in and had it inspected for the tires and this sensor in a very timely manner. They found one of the tires needed to be replaced and did so efficiently. My car was taken care of with excellent care.

My appointment was for 11:30AM. I arrived at 11:20. My car was not finished until after 2PM. That is unacceptable for just an oil change and tire rotation, especially since I had an appointment. No one seemed to care that I was there that long after I voiced it when I went to check on my car and the keys were just sitting on someone's desk and my car was parked in the lot. For how long, who knows.
