The instrument panel is now lower than previous models to enhance outward visibility and updating the instrument panel to the technology forward ethos 17.7-inch diagonal for a more spacious feeling. The standard 17.7-inch diagonal color touchscreen has the best in class updated to the technology forward ethos and is lower than previous models for more of an outward visibility and spacious feeling.
The best-in-class max cargo capacity for the 2024 Traverse is 98 cubic feet with even more versatility for cargo and passenger seating. LS trim will come standard with an 8-passenger seating and second and third-row bench seats. Another feature I enjoyed would be the available 10 camera views to assist in any situation you are in. You could see underneath the truck, a bird’s eye view, and while towing up to 7,700 lbs. I love the 18-inch black wheels with the all-terrain tires and the 2-inch factory-installed lift. It just adds to the rugged off-road look!

The Chevy Colorado is ready for all driving conditions and even offers tips and hints to get the most out of all 5 drive modes. The 5 drive modes available are Off-Road, Terrain, Baja, Tow/Haul, and Normal.

I would love to point out the new upgrades the Silverado comes with for the 2023 year. Chevrolet has delivered on the refined second-generation Duramax 3.0L turbo-Diesel engine, creating 10 percent more horsepower and 7.6 percent more torque. New steel piston design, revised turbo compressor, new fuel injectors, and an improved Temperature control feature. They have added new exterior colors to choose from. Radiant Red Tintcoat, Sterling Gray Metallic, and Harvest Bronze Metallic will be available at an additional cost. On Chevrolet’s High-Country models, you’ll have a Jet Black/Umber interior available for your style and comfort.
There are many trims to choose from when it comes to your Silverado. WT, Custom Trail Boss, LT, RST, LT Trail Boss, ZR2, LTZ, and High Country. You can use the Silverado as a work, off-road, or luxury truck. Of course, one of the greatest things about owning a pick-up truck is the ample amount of space in your cargo area and the bed of your truck. Most functional bed in the line up with 12 standard tie downs, 89.1 cubic feet of space, and available power up/down tailgate for ease. My favorite exterior feature when I had my opportunity to check out the Silverado is the Multi-Flex Tailgate that offers 6 different functions to help improve loading, and uploading and is a great step up for someone like me who is 5 foot 3 inches! This truck’s needs and wants are just great for any lifestyle.
Getting into the interior of the Silverado, you have plenty of space in the cab which also creates a ton of space between the front and rear rows that your tall family members and friends would greatly appreciate. I took an opportunity to hop into the Custom trim model of the Silverado and took it on a test drive. I think my favorite feature is the 40/20/40 split-bench front seat with under-seat storage. It brings back the old days of your partner sitting close to you instead of across the vehicle from you but if you are not into that, it’s great for 3 people across or placing the middle seat down and having tons of cargo storage and 2 cup holders. Another great feature is the technology that the Silverado comes packed with. Chevrolet Infotainment 3 system with color touchscreen, Bluetooth compatible wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, 3.5” diagonal monochromatic driver information center, remote start, two USB ports, 120-volt power outlet, OnStar & Chevrolet Connected Service capabilities and so much more. Don’t forget the standard Chevy Safety Assist, a package of six advanced safety and driver assistance for great peace of mind for the driver and all the passengers.
