2024 Redesigned Chevrolet Traverse Preview
Built from the ground up, the 2024 Chevrolet Traverse provides a signature versatility for the mid-size SUV line-up and creates a stronger position for the Chevrolet brand. The 2024 Chevrolet Traverse introduces the first-ever Traverse Z71 to the model line-up. Take a look at some more features the Z71 comes packed with:

All-terrain tires with 18-inch wheels that Chevy designed exclusively for the Z71.

- Twin-clutch AWD system for improved traction & handling with unique dampers equipped with hydraulic rebound controls that optimize your off-road experience. You’ll also have a specific terrain mode inside the driver selection of drive modes to choose from.
- Standard trailering package and a Hill Descent Control come equipped with the Z71.
The RS model has been with the Chevy family for quite some time now but comes through with a much sharper and sportier look to the exterior and the interior. Quick key features added to the RS model come as follows:
All-new 22-inch high gloss black aluminum wheels for a sleek & shiny look.
RS exterior and interior badging with blackout accent on the grille, roof rails, and moldings. Distinguishing interior cues include a three-spoke, flat-bottom steering wheel, headrest details, and a jet-black theme throughout the whole vehicle with red accents. RS stitching in the headrests & blackout accents are a personal favorite of mine!
Now standard second-row one-touch power-folding seats to assist in the much-improved access to the third-row seating.
- Unique suspension tuning for a very sportier ride and great handling on any trip planned.
- Walk-up lighting animations will greet you as you approach your vehicle with an enabled key.
- Panoramic Dual-Glass Sunroof with a power sunshade comes standard with the RS.
All Traverse trims will come equipped with the updated Buckle to Drive feature that requires the front passengers to buckle their seat belts before the vehicle can be driven. Along with the updated Buckle to Drive feature, the Rear seat belt reminder is new as well which alerts you if a passenger in the second or third row has taken off their seat belt or has not buckled their seat belt before the vehicle started moving. The instrument panel is now lower than previous models to enhance outward visibility and updating the instrument panel to the technology forward ethos 17.7-inch diagonal for a more spacious feeling. The standard 17.7-inch diagonal color touchscreen has the best in class updated to the technology forward ethos and is lower than previous models for more of an outward visibility and spacious feeling.
The best-in-class max cargo capacity for the 2024 Traverse is 98 cubic feet with even more versatility for cargo and passenger seating. LS trim will come standard with an 8-passenger seating and second and third-row bench seats. The LT, Z71, and RS trims will come standard with the 7-passenger seating and 8-passenger seating configurations will be available with the LT trim.
The 2024 Chevrolet Traverse will be available in early 2024 and will be produced at the GM Lansing Delta Township Facility in Michigan. 2023 Chevrolet Colorado Overview
With a ton of changes in the year 2023, let’s add the all-new 2023 Chevrolet Colorado to the list! The Chevy Colorado has stepped up the game for the mid-size truck with its enhanced performance to its amazing new design. The first-ever Chevrolet Colorado Trail-Boss Edition has made its way to Jerry’s Chevrolet of Baltimore and I am very excited to give you the details of this trim level and more!
The first impression of the Trail Boss Edition Chevy Colorado is the rugged look of the exterior. It looks very ready to take on any off-road task you are going to take. The Colorado has amazing space inside the cabin to fit all 5 passengers comfortably and the cargo is just as great! Taking a look at the interior of the Colorado, the beautiful 11.3-inch-diagonal color infotainment touchscreen with Google Built-In stands out as the centerpiece of the cabin and the 8” diagonal color fully-digital Driver Information Center demands such respect to the driver and all passengers with the crisp layout of the selections and features provided. Compatible with Wireless Apple CarPlay and Wireless Android Auto create a wireless environment for you while driving. Another feature I enjoyed would be the available 10 camera views to assist in any situation you are in. You could see underneath the truck, a bird’s eye view, and while towing up to 7,700 lbs. I love the 18-inch black wheels with the all-terrain tires and the 2-inch factory-installed lift. It just adds to the rugged off-road look!
Let’s get into some of the great exterior and performance features the Chevy Colorado has to offer. Chevrolet quotes, “Made for more” and they met that exactly. They have created a reconfigurable bed that offers an available first-in-class StowFlex Tailgate, 17 available tie-downs, the new Mid-Position Tailgate that is capable of supporting 500 lbs, a convenient tailgate measurement tool, an available built-in bed power outlet and cargo bed lightning. The functionality of the bed in the Colorado can fit any adventure or situation. When it comes to the performance, I could not get over how quiet the truck was but packed with a ton of power. The available 2.7L Turbo High-Output Engine is paired along with a new 8-speed automatic transmission that creates the 430 lb-ft. Of max torque. The Chevy Colorado is ready for all driving conditions and even offers tips and hints to get the most out of all 5 drive modes. The 5 drive modes available are Off-Road, Terrain, Baja, Tow/Haul, and Normal.
The all-new 2023 Colorado comes with standard Chevy Safety Assist and multiple available safety features available for even more safety. With the standard Chevy Safety Assist you’ll have six advanced safety and driver assistance features, Forward Collision Alert, Automatic Emergency Braking, Front Pedestrian Braking, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Following Distance Indicator, and Intellibeam Auto High Beam. 2023 Chevrolet Silverado Overview
With the Chevrolet Silverado as the number one best-selling retail full-size light-duty pickup, you can bet having one of the best! With many trucks to choose from, let’s go over the great features of the Silverado.
I would love to point out the new upgrades the Silverado comes with for the 2023 year. Chevrolet has delivered on the refined second-generation Duramax 3.0L turbo-Diesel engine, creating 10 percent more horsepower and 7.6 percent more torque. New steel piston design, revised turbo compressor, new fuel injectors, and an improved Temperature control feature. They have added new exterior colors to choose from. Radiant Red Tintcoat, Sterling Gray Metallic, and Harvest Bronze Metallic will be available at an additional cost. On Chevrolet’s High-Country models, you’ll have a Jet Black/Umber interior available for your style and comfort.
There are many trims to choose from when it comes to your Silverado. WT, Custom Trail Boss, LT, RST, LT Trail Boss, ZR2, LTZ, and High Country. You can use the Silverado as a work, off-road, or luxury truck. Of course, one of the greatest things about owning a pick-up truck is the ample amount of space in your cargo area and the bed of your truck. Most functional bed in the line up with 12 standard tie downs, 89.1 cubic feet of space, and available power up/down tailgate for ease. My favorite exterior feature when I had my opportunity to check out the Silverado is the Multi-Flex Tailgate that offers 6 different functions to help improve loading, and uploading and is a great step up for someone like me who is 5 foot 3 inches! This truck’s needs and wants are just great for any lifestyle.
Getting into the interior of the Silverado, you have plenty of space in the cab which also creates a ton of space between the front and rear rows that your tall family members and friends would greatly appreciate. I took an opportunity to hop into the Custom trim model of the Silverado and took it on a test drive. I think my favorite feature is the 40/20/40 split-bench front seat with under-seat storage. It brings back the old days of your partner sitting close to you instead of across the vehicle from you but if you are not into that, it’s great for 3 people across or placing the middle seat down and having tons of cargo storage and 2 cup holders. Another great feature is the technology that the Silverado comes packed with. Chevrolet Infotainment 3 system with color touchscreen, Bluetooth compatible wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, 3.5” diagonal monochromatic driver information center, remote start, two USB ports, 120-volt power outlet, OnStar & Chevrolet Connected Service capabilities and so much more. 2023 Chevrolet Equinox Overview
With the year coming to an end, 2023 brings a few new things to the Chevrolet Equinox that will fill in a space of want and need. Let’s take a look into the 2023 Chevrolet Equinox and it’s great features at the touch of your hand.
The new features coming to the 2023 Chevy Equinox range from exterior color additions to mechanical upgrades. More options will always be a great way to start! The output has increased to 175 horsepower with the standard 1.5L Turbo engine. Chevrolet has added the E-boost electronic power-assisted brakes for an updated braking power. You can now choose between the midnight and sports editions when you purchase the LS trim Equinox. Lastly, the exterior colors added to the Equinox line-up are Harvest Bronze Metallic, Sterling Gray Metallic, and Radiant Red Tintcoat (at an extra cost).
The Equinox is offered in 4 trim styles, LS, LT RS and Premier which are all available in the all-wheel drive option if you do not want to stay in the standard Front-wheel drive. With the upgraded horsepower of 175 in the 1.5L Turbo DOHC engine as a six-speed automatic, you’ll find yourself in comfort with the ride of great performance and pick-up. You will also find that the max cargo room with the rear seats folded down at 63.9 cubic feet creates not only the comfort but a spacious ride as well.
With the cold weather coming in, you can’t beat having the heated front seats that will come standard on the Premier and RS trim and made available on the LT trim. You also have the option available to have heated rear outboard seats when you chose the Premier trim. Lastly, a heated steering wheel comes in handy on the cold days too! The heated steering wheel will come standard on the Premier trim and available to have on the LT and RS trim levels. AS the driver of your Equinox, having your entertainment and connections for calls and directions is important to stay focused through your trip. Chevrolet infotainment system with 7-in-diagonal color touchscreen is standard on LS, LT, and RS with the 8-in-diagonal system standard on the Premier trim but available on the LT and RS trim levels. You will also have the Connected Navigation available, Wi-Fi hotspot capabilities, Alexa Built In capability and Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability.

The all-new Remodeled 2024 Chevrolet Trax

Comparing the dimensions from the previous models of 2023 and older, the 2024 model is 11 inches longer and 2 inches wider. According to Chevrolet, the Trax is 106.3 inches between the axles, the full length is 178.6 inches, and the height of the vehicle is 61.4 inches. With a 1.2L turbo engine in FWD (Front Wheel Drive) with a maximum of 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque, the Trax provides a GM-Estimated 30 MPG combined fuel economy. Customers will start with 2 trim choices of the muscular ACTIV or the very sporty RS. The ACTIV trim’s monochromatic will come along with 18-inch black aluminum wheels, and a black mesh grille with titanium chrome accents. The RS trim will come along with 19-inch machined two-tone wheels and a black mesh grille with unique badging. The complete line of trim models to choose from is ACTIV, 2RS, 1LT, 1RS, and LS. You’ll also have 8 different exterior colors to choose from including the debut color Cacti Green.

Getting into the wonderful interior features of the remodeled Chevy Trax, the driver-oriented cabin will have 2 large, redesigned display screens with an available 11-inch diagonal display screen for all trim models. One of the greatest upgrades to this model is the 6 Cu. Ft. of cargo space added adding up to 54.1 Cu. Ft. max cargo space to create an even more spacious cabin to seat 5 and 3 inches more of rear leg room. If you need more space to move things in your vehicle, the Trax has 60/40 split-folding second-row seats. The ACTIV trim model will provide the 11-inch diagonal display screen, and unique interior accents with a wrapped heated steering wheel while the RS trim provides the 11-inch diagonal display screen, red interior accents, and a flat-bottom heated steering wheel. Every Chevrolet will come with the Standard Chevy Safety Assist with additional safety and driver assistance features available to add to your Chevy Trax. The Trax will also come standard with Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Compatibilities with available Wireless Charging, Built-In Wi-Fi Hotspot, and the myChevrolet Mobile App.

2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV Overview
As Chevrolet continues to evolve in the day of Electric Vehicles, the 2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV has officially made its debut in the EV line-up. Let’s take a look at the features the Chevrolet Equinox EV has to offer!
The Chevy Equinox EV will be available in 5 different Trims:
- 1LT (Available Spring 2024)
- 2LT (Available Spring 2024)
- 2RS (Available Fall 2023)
- 3LT (Available Spring 2024)
- 3RS (Available Spring 2024)
With the option of 8 different exterior colors all matched with the sky-cool gray interior, there is a favorite look for everyone. The exterior colors available are:
- Summit White
- Black
- Iridescent Pearl Tricoat
- Sterling Gray Metallic
- Radiant Red Metallic
- Red Hot
- Galaxy Gray Metallic
- Riptide blue metallic with the Summit White top
The Equinox EV shows the latest charging technologies with the standard 11.5 kW Level 2 (AC) Charging that can add up to 34 miles of range per hour of charging per GM estimates. Standard DC fast-charging capability of up to 150 kW, which enables approximately 70 miles of range to be added in 10 minutes, per GM estimates. The 3RS AWD, allows 19.2 kW level 2 (AC) charging that can add up to 51 miles of range per hour of charging, per GM estimates. In turn, provides a GM-estimated 300 miles of range on a full charge. The MyChevy app provides available navigation and routes planning to help locate routes to over 110,000 publicly available charging stations. The standard front-wheel drive GM estimates 210 horsepower and 242 lb.-ft of torque while the all-wheel drive system (eAWD) provides 290 horsepower and 346 lb.-ft torque.
The cargo of the Equinox EV comfortably seats up to five people with up to 57.2 cubic feet of maximum cargo space. The trunk of the vehicle provides a dual-height cargo floor for even more cargo space needed. The Ultium platform was designed from the ground up to offer a variety of performance and driving characteristics with near-instant electric torque providing quick acceleration, according to Chevrolet.com. In addition to the Ulitum-based technologies includes an available 17.7-inch diagonal system for a strong connection with the Driver’s preferences in mind. Many features are available on the Equinox EV including:
-Standard with 19-inch wheels but available 20-inch and 21-inch depending on trim model.
-Presence-based liftgate that can be opened hands-free when the key fob is in range and sensed near the rear of the vehicle.
-Heated Front and Rear Outboard Seats, Heated Steering Wheel, and Heated Windshield Wiper Park Feature.
-Walk-up lighting with front and rear lighting animation are standard with the unique light bar on mid/up level LT and RS trims.
With safety as the top priority, Chevrolet provides multiple safety features to provide a sleek but safe ride in your vehicle. Depending on which trim you choose to go with, the Equinox EV has the Driver Assistance Technologies and Super Cruise Hands-Free Driver Assistance technology for compatible roads available. The Driver Assistance Technologies include Adaptive Cruise Control and HD Surround Vision with a Head-Up Display and Rear Camera Mirror available. The One-Pedal Driving is a new standard that allows the Equinox EV to accelerate and slow to a full stop using only the accelerator. This works with regenerative braking to convert the kinetic energy of the vehicle’s forward momentum into the electricity that stores in the battery pack to maximize the driving range. 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer

On August 7th, 2022, the Senate passed the “Inflation Reduction Act” which is an amended version of the $790 billion tax and spending bill. President Biden has stated he will sign the bill into law possibly early next week with the bill including an important change for the section 30D federal electric vehicle (EV) tax credit. Even though the tax credit program does not go into effect until the first of January 2023, a new requirement will go into effect immediately upon the enactment.
The mandatory requirement for the up to $7,500 federal tax credit is the electric vehicle (EV) will need to have its final assembly within the U.S., Mexico, or Canada. Once the bill has been signed, if the final assembly was completed outside of North America without an already written bonded contract to purchase in place, the vehicle no longer qualifies for the tax credit. Chevrolet has added a dramatically designed addition to the fast-developing EV Family. Introducing the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV and Jerry’s Chevrolet of Baltimore is excited to share the details of all Trims and features for all lifestyles.
When looking at this vehicle, you just cannot help how beautifully designed GM has created this vehicle. Its first impression is not a dull one, to say the least. GM’s Ultrium Platform has provided a lower, longer & wider stance for a sporty look on the Blazer EV but with a performance of a Corvette. This vehicle received a lot of inspiration from Chevy’s sports cars and performance. The Blazer EV will be joining the Silverado EV and the Equinox EV for the fast-growing EV family that Jerry’s Chevrolet of Baltimore can’t wait to have on our lot for our customer to make their next vehicle. Providing many trim options and multiple range options as well, there is a fit for all lifestyles with this vehicle. The choices in trim are 1LT, 2LT, RS, and Chevy’s first-ever electric SS performance. Also provides all options of Front-Wheel Drive, Rear-Wheel Drive, and All-Wheel Drive. Personally, one of the coolest features is the LED Exterior Lighting on the RS and SS trims that is choreographed to when you walk up and follows you like a beam of light! Such great features to get into!
GM has estimated the Blazer EV to reach up to 320 miles on a full charge with an 11.5 kW level AC charging and standard DC fast charging capability allowing approximately 80 miles of range within 10 minutes. The ability to get you anywhere you need to go without worry. (All trims varying in range) The first-ever SS performance trim, allows the powerful experience of the AWD to produce up to 557 horsepower and up to 648 lb-ft of torque with the WOW mode (Wide Open Watts) that gets you from 0-60 mph in 4 seconds. Just amazing the performance this EV can provide. The Blazer EV will carry with all advanced standard Chevy Safety Assist of Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning and IntelliBeam, Following Distance Indicator, and Front Pedestrian Braking. Adding to the list of the Chevy Safety Assist are the Reverse Automatic Braking and Advanced Park Assist.
Going into the interior features, you can’t miss the feeling of being the pilot of your own vehicle with the 17.7-inch diagonal color touchscreen as the focal point and accompanied by the large 11-inch diagonal color Driver Information Center as the instrument cluster. With a two-row layout, the Blazer EV creates a ton of space and storage for your passengers for both short and longer trips. The RS trim uses blue and red stitching and the SS provides the suede microfiber seating. Also having the option in the SS with the Adrenaline Red and Argon Orange accents. Heated and ventilated front seats are available in the RS and SS trims but you’ll receive heated rear outboard seating positions standard in the SS and available in the RS. Introducing the first true hands-free driver-assistance technology, Super Cruise. Allowing drivers to go hands-free on compatible roads. How helpful to enjoy your ride on any trip. If you have your hands full, the presence-based liftgate will open hands-free as long as you have your key fob within the range of the sensors on the rear of the vehicle.
