I bought a new car here 6 months ago. The salesman and team were excellent though the entire process. The past two oil changes have gone fast and smoothly, also including complementary car washes. I would recommend Jerry's to anyone looking for a new car.
I can't say enough nice things about Chris Silk (Sales Manager) and Kevin Kyler (Sales). I visited Jerry's three times before making my final decision. There was never any pressure to buy and they actually made the car buying experience enjoyable. Everything was explained to me about the cost in a way I could understand. I wish you to know that your Collision Specialist, Bob Whitley does an excellent job representing you & Jerrys. My wife and I are Chevy/GM owners for over 40 years. Mr Whitley has gone very much out of his way to service our vehicles in a responsible manner. Also, I see him as a "Real Working Foreman" able to work with his collision people extremely well. In the past year I have switched from being a Timonium Chevy dealer customer for over 20 years!
Cars.com: All the talk you hear about dealerships being the bad guys oh just go to Jiffy Lube or Mr.tire for those oil change specials NEVER AGAIN !!! you might pay a little more at the dealer but at least you know the working is getting done right by the people that know your car thanks you agian to jerrys mitsubishi service and scott for fixing my car right you guys are the best!!!
Yahoo.com: So I just bought a used 2010 lancer I didn t buy it from jerrys but I wish I did so I drove into the service lane because I didn t know how to use the navigation system it came with and meet scott he a cool guy he showed me how to use the gps and showed me it had a music server and dvd player and linked my phone to my car he went over warranty and maintenance with me even know I didn t buy it there I am definitely buying my next car at jerrys and will be back in 3 months to see scott for an oil change I found my service shop
Yahoo.com: Wow, what a great experience. I wanted a Chevrolet Camaro convertable. My fiancee and I went to another chevy dealership, very bad experience, typical dealeraship horror story, we left. Spec d the car through GEICO car buying service and they dirested us to Jerry s Chevrolet in Baltimore. Called the dealership and spoke with Kevin Kylor. Kevin found the car I wanted and we went to the dealership. It was the exact car I wanted, that is until I walked into the dealership and saw a wondefful black camero convertable with burnt orange strips on the showroom floor. I fell in love with that car. Without missing a step, Kevin got us a great price and the next thing I knew we were done. Love the car. Great experience at the dealership and with Kevin, very nice. He explained the car and how everything worked. Very happy.

The rate was excellent as well as the service. The car was within the price range and payments that we wanted. Mr. Bob Carroll was able to step after our original salesman had left Jerry s. Mr. Carroll reviewed all paperwork to make sure that everything was in order making this experience a good one particularly for my daughter Ana. Mr. Carroll reviewed all the steps and operation of the vehicle before we drove off the lot. Mr. Carroll was professional, pleasant and very courteous. Making our overall experience wonderful.

It happened randomly, so Sue in service said stop in at any time that it acts up. Well, I did, and Jill took my car into service. They replaced the tire sensor while I waited a only brief period.
